Robot

Chats

Chats belong to the app, not to one document: a chat can start in Recents and continue in a composition. Opening a document shows the last chat about it. A reply cut off by a reload carries on by itself once the page and its editor are back; one cut off more than 15 minutes ago waits for Continue.

⇧Enter starts a new line in a message. A message sent while Robot is working waits in a queue and goes once it's done; ↑ in the empty box takes the last one back to edit. ⌃Enter sends the queue now, stopping the reply under way, as does the send button above the queue. If the request stopped short, the queue waits for you.

To point Robot at something exactly, select notes and press Mention selection, or right-click something on the canvas and choose Mention in chat.

Stopping a reply keeps what Robot changed so far, which can be undone, and what it had thought and written. Esc stops it too, when the chat window was the last thing you pressed, and sends whatever is queued straight after.
